We keep meaning to make it to Miller's Landing in Seward Alaska but, as of yet, time has just not been there to get all the way down the gravel road leading to this campground. With any luck we will make it their this summer as we're in Seward about 5 or 6 times per summer.
- Directions - Located 3 miles out Lowell Point Road from Seward.
- Description - located in the heart of Seward Alaska’s hiking, fishing, boating, kayaking, and fishing charters. Primitive tent camping to full but tight RV hookups. Hot shower facilities. Located 3 miles out from Seward but still an easy drive to local hotels, gift shops, glacier tour charters, Kenai Fjord Tours and more. Seward is one of our favorite locations for silver salmon fishing in the fall months of August and Sept. Millers Landing is a great location to base some beach hikes out to Canes Head and more.

Seward Alaska Campgrounds
There are a large number of camping areas along the waterfront in Seward Alaska. Most of these are run by the city of Seward but some, like Millers Landing, are privately owned.
Forest Acres Campground - Outstanding little campground for small rv's or campers but very well suited to tent camping. Very family orientated with plenty to make the experience a glowing success for young families camping with kids. Not recommended for large RV's due to low branches, tight corners and narrow access roads.
