Back to Campgrounds along the Alaska Highway
Driving the Alaska Highway you will endure hours and hours of wide open desolate
country and even more miles of heavily forested country where the time seems to drag from the
never ending sights of more trees and well, more trees. Then along comes one of those sections
that literally will have you begging for time to stand still forever. The Stone Mountains in
Stone Mountain Provincial Park are just one such location.
