Camping in the Yukon.

When the first RVs begin their northern trek up the Alaska Highway it's a safe to asume that the arrival of the much anticipated Yukon summer is just around the corner.

Both tent camping and RV's will find camping in the Yukon a great experience at the Yukon Provincial Campgrounds found in the Yukon Territorial Parks listed here. All of the Yukon Provincial campgrounds offer picnic tables, campfire pits, firewood and bear proof refuge containers. Outhouses are the norm and hand-pumped water is available in all roadside campgrounds. No dump stations are provided.

The Provincial Campgrounds of the Yukon Territory have a 14-day limit in any 30-day period, per campsite. A camping permit ($12/night) and nightly self-registration is required.
