Bird Creek Campground - Alaska State Parks - Mile 101, about 20 miles south from Anchorage. Two new cabins have been added to Bird Creek and are available for reservations.

Portage Glacier Road - Milepost 78.9 about 48 miles south of Anchorage.

Bertha Creek Campground - USFS - Mile 65.4, a small loop campground with 12 campsites suitable for trucks with campers, SMALL RV's and tent camping.

Granite Creek Campground- USFS - Mile 63, a small loop campground with 19 campsites suitable for trucks with campers, SMALL RV's and tent camping.

Tenderfoot Creek Campground- USFS - Mile 46 located on the back side of Summit Lake. Very nice campground, recently refurbished, with 35 great campsites suitable for all forms of camping including RV's with many large enough for RV's up to 35 feet.

Trail River Campground - USFS - Mile 24.2, Larger campground bordering Kenai Lake and Trail River. Trail River campground has 91 campsites, including 1 dedicated group area, plus one loop for large RV's. There are no hook ups.

Ptarmigan Campground - USFS - Mile 23, a small loop campground with 16 campsites suitable for trucks with campers, SMALL RV's and tent camping. Limited Maneuverability in Campground

Primrose Campground - USFS - Mile 17, a small campground with 8 campsites suitable for trucks with campers, SMALL RV's and tent camping. Very Limited Maneuverability in Campground

Seward Waterfront Campgrounds - City of Seward - Located along the shores of Resurrection Bay just past the Seward Small Boat Harbor.
